My journey into real estate has been anything but conventional, and that’s what makes it uniquely valuable. After completing two years of Business and Marketing, I realized my true passion lay elsewhere. I made a bold shift and graduated second in my class with both a Construction Engineering Technician Diploma and a Civil Engineering Technologist Diploma – each with honours. This educational foundation ignited by love for construction, and I dove into major renovation projects, which naturally led me to real estate investment and the rental market.
Though my formal business education didn’t directly align with real estate, the knowledge I gained has proven invaluable, helping me navigate the complexities of investment and development with a sharp, strategic mindset.
Over the years, I have focused on developing and investing in multi-family properties, which deepened my understanding of the industry from both a builder’s and investor’s perspective. This hand-on experience led me to a new career path as a mortgage agent.
