Initially, I pursued Business and Marketing and completed two years of study before realizing my true interests lay in something more hands-on. I shifted gears and graduated second in my class with both a Construction Engineering Technician Diploma and a Civil Engineering Technologist Diploma\u2014each with honours. This education fueled my passion for construction, which led me to work on major renovation projects and eventually dive into real estate investment and development.<\/p>\n

Over the years, I\u2019ve gained extensive experience in real estate<\/u>, developing and investing in multi-family properties.
