[vc_column_text]My journey into real estate has been anything but conventional, and that\u2019s what makes it uniquely valuable.\u00a0 After completing two years of Business and Marketing, I realized my true passion lay elsewhere.\u00a0 I made a bold shift and graduated second in my class with both a Construction Engineering Technician Diploma and a Civil Engineering Technologist Diploma \u2013 each with honours.\u00a0 This educational foundation ignited by love for construction, and I dove into major renovation projects, which naturally led me to real estate investment and the rental market.<\/p>\n

Though my formal business education didn\u2019t directly align with real estate, the knowledge I gained has proven invaluable, helping me navigate the complexities of investment and development with a sharp, strategic mindset.<\/p>\n

Over the years, I have focused on developing and investing in multi-family properties, which deepened my understanding of the industry from both a builder\u2019s and investor\u2019s perspective.\u00a0 This hand-on experience led me to a new career path as a mortgage agent.<\/p>\n
